    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities in place. The dining options were good, with a decent variety and quality of food. Facilities were well maintained, and overall, the property offered a relaxing environment. The only drawback I felt was the location—it could have been more central or better connected, which would make commuting and exploring the city more convenient.

    Surprising to see that RAMADA Quality was low comparing to Ahmedabad and Delhi RAMADA. First time in my life, i was asked to pay room service immediately after food delivery at room. Ironing was asked to return as soon as i use the same ( at night 10.30hrs)

    I had a pathetic experience at the hotel. Rooms are not worth the price. Washrooms are not clean, there were stains on bedsheets.     Neha receptionist female I requested her to give me addition 10 minutes but she refused me i Checked in at 4:40 and was asked to check out at 1:30 but Ramada Hotel did not agree at all. Till date I have visited hotels above Ramada but they never poked me. Will never come to Ramada again. If you are even 20 minutes late, they will charge you.

    The room service was terrible. For a double occupancy room they gave only one set of toothbrush and when we requested them for another one, it never came. Secondly ordered dinner from their restaurant and they would ask you to pay first, even when their machine doesnt work to accept card payment, guest will have to wait to eat food and do the payment first. This is pathetic experience. Will never book this place again.

    The rooms are small and feel cramped, especially given the high rates charged. Bath and bed linen appear worn and could really use an upgrade. Food was average, lacked flavour and variety. Overall, the facilities and comfort provided do not justify the cost. Would recommend comparing other options before booking.
