Staff refused check in even after it showed booking confirmed in app. Manager didn’t handled situation correctly.

Very good experience
groupI did not like the first room which i got, i talked to the guy on reception, he was so helping, he showed me 4 rooms. Very friendly staff. Good food. Good stay

Excellent Stay
I loved how clean and well maintained it was. Everything was in place. Food was good and worth it. Enjoyed all time of it. Plus Staff was very kind and helpful. Thanks very much. If they had option for Bachelors to live like a PG, I would be first to book it.

Terrible Stay
The staff were very rude, their room allotment system is very bad and it depends on the price and booking platform, in the dinning hall there was a rat that was also on the table they kept food very worse experience i ever had

Good Stay
The rooms of the hotel are very basic as you would find in any 3 star hotel. However, the people are very helpful and reciprocative which more than compensates for the basic amenities

Data security breach
I went to the hotel stay there for a few hours with a friend for some business purpose and left early morning. However couple of days back hotel staff shared my information with an unauthorised person, and hotel people didn't even apologized, i will take this to legal as i have the proof of the same, just need to get an understanding from makemytrip if they want to be a part of this process

Terrible Stay
The hotel was soo worst. They haven't changed the bed sheets, pillow cover and bath towel. The hair of the previous customers were all over the sheet. Pls don't stay here
