The toilet flush was not working. and the staff people were not polite. Stop keeping uneducated fools as your staff. Average Stay
Cleaneness was OK. No one came to attend you ,n ask you anything. AC was not serviceable. Phone service was not there. Open the door n place ab order.

Poor receptionist. Never booking this hotel ever
The receptionist was rude and cunning. I was given a room which was smelling badly and when I complained they did not seem to take much interest. Moreover the receptionist remarked “you can cancel the booking” He charged 500/- extra for early check-in , which seems like a way of making extra money for that guy

Terrible Stay
I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The hygiene standards were not up to the mark, and the bedding provided was dirty and uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs serious improvement. Would not recommend unless these basic issues are addressed.

very bad stay
I paid for presidential suite but air conditioner was not working in that room then we had to shift in a smaller room

The whole night there was continuous noise of people running up the stairs etc i could not sleep at all

Need room renovation & better cleaning
Dirty linen, room looked old & dirty, tv was not working, telephone was not working. Had expected better.
