Poor hygiene levels in common areas & in the rooms. ac not functioning well. Badly needs refurbishment.

Disappointing
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I had specifically booked a balcony room, but was instead given a ground-floor room with no view. The room looked nothing like the photos shown on MMT, which felt very misleading. The cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. The bed mattress felt dirty, and there were lots of cockroaches in the room. Overall, nothing seemed to be properly maintained. Given the condition of the room and the mismatch with the listing, I cannot recommend this hotel unless they make major improvements.

The mattress are completely damaged no one can sleep peacefully or without pain in back rest staff is good

Well we found it on makemytrip by watching the ratings it received but they were not as they showed us and was teribble in service and the ratings were wrong too

I had a really pleasant stay here! The property is well-maintained and located in a peaceful area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Staff was very supporting and chekin was very smooth I have added the breakfast in my booking and Breakfast was also very good , the only problem is room was too small and room was dirty and room service was very poor.

Place and hospitality was pretty good. It was just that water which is to be there in room was in single bottle and required to be asked again and again to change. Rest stay and food excellent

Average Stay
It was very below average. Hygiene was a major concern, as there were cockroaches in the bathroom and numerous ones on the toilet seat as well. The sheets were stained, and the AC on the wall had water-dripping stains. Food was also average.
