very poor hygiene, cockroaches everywhere on bed, in food, in bathroom and this is I am talking about their highest marked family rooms...we even had a dead cockroach on our toast in breakfast...very bad and poor hygiene of the over all room...very rude staff...There was no breakfast at 955 am...even not tea...bugs and cockroaches everywhere and when we complained to them they say sir pest control came in the morning with a laughing face..they don't even realise that it's not a small thing. there ratings are totally fake

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I had specifically booked a balcony room, but was instead given a ground-floor room with no view. The room looked nothing like the photos shown on MMT, which felt very misleading. The cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. The bed mattress felt dirty, and there were lots of cockroaches in the room. Overall, nothing seemed to be properly maintained. Given the condition of the room and the mismatch with the listing, I cannot recommend this hotel unless they make major improvements.

It was very below average. Hygiene was a major concern, as there were cockroaches in the bathroom and numerous ones on the toilet seat as well. The sheets were stained, and the AC on the wall had water-dripping stains. Food was also average.
