The hotel was budget friendly and the location was very good.

Osm room and nyc service toilets are very clean room so adorable location is a good ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ I like rooms

The stay was pathetic. Staff was not at all courteous. Felt like goons are managing it. Scary looking people. Room was full of cockroaches. Very filthy place. Bathroom was equally dirty. Bed linen was split and was changed on request. Never again will we visit this hotel

Hotel service is perfect and staff are cooperative

Lot of noise at night. There was quarrel going on in other room. Employees were talking loudly at 11 pm onwards. Noises of shifting material. Could not sleep well.

Room sanitation was not proper. Cigarette butts were found on the bed. Bed sheet also dirty.

Owner of the hotel is very cooperative. He is a very good guy. I wanted a room for 10 people(all are family memebers) for 1 hr. He arranged the stay with out demands. All the things were very quick. Service was very quick. 100% you should check this hotel if you ever g visit to gurgaon.
