The property is located at a good place and is quite clean. The staff members, especially Mr. Bhim at the reception, were polite and genuinely tried to help.
However, it seems that the management does not allow the staff to make decisions in sensitive situations. I had booked a room with breakfast and lunch, and informed them that my stay would be only for 5–6 hours, checking out before 6 PM. I requested an early check-in and breakfast if possible.
Although rooms were vacant, I was told that early check-in would be charged ₹500 extra as per management rules. Even after explaining my situation, there was no flexibility shown. When I contacted MMT customer care, the hotel staff reportedly told them that rooms were not available — which was not true. They also refused to provide breakfast, which was already paid for.
Such rigid policies and lack of understanding toward guests’ situations can leave a poor impression. The property and staff are good, but the management’s inflexibility spoils the experience.
Overall: Nice property, clean rooms, good staff — but not recommended due to poor management support and lack of guest consideration.
