It’s a very new property, follows every hospitality rule, staff is very nice, service is good, location is little off but still good, well I’m a non smoker person but for smokers-you can’t smoke in the room and one has go out for smoking and that things makes the rooms fresh all the time. Overall I like the preoperty very much.

Such a waste hotel , as there food is terrible how can a hotel like this have cook like this... terrible food , there location is good but approach road is very bad and dark , not suggested for any single solo or family as you cannot have any shopping shops nearby. if there food will be good then only one can stay , becoz no option near to go for food as road is mess... positives room was clean ac was working. no noise nearby ,one can have sound sleep but better to avoid as food is worst

Good Stay
Property’s food was good , rooms were neat and clean and service was also good. Only thing that they should work on is water bottle size. They are providing very small size water bottles which is not sufficient for entire day

Good location- Bad management
The property is located at a good place and is quite clean. The staff members, especially Mr. Bhim at the reception, were polite and genuinely tried to help. However, it seems that the management does not allow the staff to make decisions in sensitive situations. I had booked a room with breakfast and lunch, and informed them that my stay would be only for 5–6 hours, checking out before 6 PM. I requested an early check-in and breakfast if possible. Although rooms were vacant, I was told that early check-in would be charged ₹500 extra as per management rules. Even after explaining my situation, there was no flexibility shown. When I contacted MMT customer care, the hotel staff reportedly told them that rooms were not available — which was not true. They also refused to provide breakfast, which was already paid for. Such rigid policies and lack of understanding toward guests’ situations can leave a poor impression. The property and staff are good, but the management’s inflexibility spoils the experience. Overall: Nice property, clean rooms, good staff — but not recommended due to poor management support and lack of guest consideration.

Had a really pleasant stay at Wandr Hotel Medicity. Hotel bahut clean tha, rooms well maintained aur service kaafi quick thi. Staff polite (Satish ji and team) aur helpful hai, har request par immediate response milta hai. Special thanks to Vikas (from kitchen) for his wonderful hospitality during breakfast — he served everything with a smile and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Breakfast by “Shake It Off” caterer was delicious — specially the tea, parathas and fresh options. Really loved the food quality and presentation. Overall, ek bahut hi accha experience raha — clean rooms, quick service aur tasty food. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Medanta or nearby area. Will definitely stay again! 👌🙂

Terrible Stay
The worst hotel ever stayed in...Mr.Bahadur,the front office manager was arrogant and ruthless..no sense how to treat guest.. waited around half an hour for check-in..

From Excellent to Good
Its been almost 6 months i am staying in this property atleast 3 nights in a week and i have seen this property going degraded from excellent to good and if this continues it will go to poor as well. Rooms allotment without cleaning rooms, used towel found and linen had blood stains. Key card doesn’t work most of the time, even if you going outside, room will be opened. The time when you moved to black key cards, it’s happening earlier with red ones, never seen such issues. Sleepyowl coffee replaced with Nescafe pouches, at times that is also not available. Breakfast menu reduced. Water bottle quantity reduced from 1 ltr to 0.5 ltr. Still i would say this property is good in this price, staff is helpful and polite and they try to solve the problem asap. But few things are out of their pay grade.
