No Restaurant but taking MAP plan, No cleanliness in Balcony,Rooms curtain are not clean,Poor services

Nothing was working , they charged for water bottles . RO was not working. Kitechen was not operational.

Location of hotel is good But services are poor they charged me extra for prior checkin and there I selected breakfast but till 9 am I don't got breakfast I have to checkout without taking breakfast and there is no staff facility also they have written pool is there but it is not aloud to use

Ac was not working properly, tv was also not connected to the internet i even called the staff but no response for this.

The floor lobby used to stink always and the toilets were not clean.There were cockroaches found in the room.

All are good staff behaviour is very good and good to stay there and Room was clean and clear experience was good

This is an average hotel. Staff is not adequately aware about the room amenities. I asked for complimentary breakfast but the reception staff told that they have only 1 food item available and also it depends on availability. Washroom flush system was not working along with shower handle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sandalwood Hotel in Gurgaon, and overall, my experience was quite satisfying. The staff was courteous and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city. The in-house dining options were decent, and the breakfast spread was fresh and satisfying. A few areas for improvement could include quicker room service and slightly better soundproofing in the rooms. That said, these were minor inconveniences and didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience. Would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. Thank you for the hospitality!

This is really a nice stay near by Medanta hospital especially for those who are here for medical emergency as hospital is just at walk in distance from here. Prices are reliable and every staff specially owner is very co-operarative. Nice experience. Highly Recommended for Families.

Dirty room, dirty washroom. I have to ask the attendant to change the pillow cover and bedsheets. Not recommended.

The location was not good. Food was average, For Amenities I had to give a call every time. The wash basin tap was loose. They need to fix all the rooms since on 1st day Ac was not working.
