when I visited their hotel they gave me some stinky room but it wasn't worthy staying so I asked them if they have another room. they said they have room at upper floor but the price is more when I saw rhat, it was same room, dirty linens, bad room, stinky, washroom window furniture broken etc. so I didn't stay there but I didn't get any refund.

Worst experience. Me and my wife were refused stay as the person sitting on reception, Sameer said that that he has no room. I had to call Gurgaon police who helped me a lot and under pressure a room was given. However, they could not find key of room and hence we had to finally leave. A call to MakeMyTrip customer care was of no help as this guy Sameer refused to heed. Finally we had to go away at late night and take another hotel. Never book through MakeMyTrip. The proper should be delisted
