    The place looks good from outside but inside there are cockroaches … cleanliness is a big problem … towels are torn and bed sheets had stains on it… staff is helpful but takes time to get things … overall not a decent stay.

    A night stay. Although not a happy one

    The stay was good We reached at 3 am in the night so we got just 9 hrs to spend in the hotel. The hotel gave us an hour extra though.We asked for an hour extension more till 2 pm as I had senior citizens with me but we were denied although the hotel was not full. They could have easily let us stay for an hour but they simply did not.

    Poor customer service. Keep calling you frequently on landline. Rooms not clean, we did not even have breakfast. No hot water available at night in washroom

    The room was not at all clean. Pillow covers had blood stains which on my request was changed immediately. Faucet was leaking and that made washroom unhygienic to use
