Pathetic, poor. There were no amenities provided other than just the bed to sleep and washroom to get freshed. There was not even an iron or the working tv unit in the room though they are mentioning that they have every thing available in the room

Supportive staff as they changed the room when AC was not working , good hygiene and clean rooms

Very Good Budget Hotel. Rooms are clean and staff is supportive. Food is also really good. Go for it.

It was a good experience. The stay at hotel was comfortable and peaceful. I didn't ordered much except tea which was not that good in taste.

very bad service. the fellow at the reception was very impolite and had no sense of hospitality. there were cockroaches in the room and washroom the pot in the washroom was filthy. I had to wait for hours before someone was sent to clean it .

No room available that time and room was dirty

The worst stay totally wast of money, I stay in the property for 2 days and the overall experience was suspenseful before coming for my check inn made a call to the property regarding my room is ready or not and the lady told me yes it is ready around 2 pm I reach at the hotel but my room was not ready so I have to wait for 1:30 mins . Than I Oder my food which was egg curry combo and the lady at the reception she forgot my Oder so again I have to call them about my food but as per the kitchen team there was no Oder placed , 1 hours later egg curry combo came without rice and roti than again I have to wait for my food for 20 mins , tha room they gave me after upgrading was not really clean and their was no toilet amenities which I requested the front desk but it never came , then the water bottle the gave me in the it was expired lady year in 2023. That also I told to the front desk lady but acted like it’s very normal for them and nothing was change so I have to buy my own water bottle from the nearest market , after discussing all the things to a manager so he offered me a water bottles new one but at the time of my check out the lady at front desk she asked me to pay for that water bottle , in the second day I requested them to clean my room but again they acted like they don’t care there no gratitude and gesture of hospitality , and the entire staff doesn’t know how to be humble and say sorry for the inconvenience and no thank for staying with us . After knowing all the problems know badly even try to solve the problem that was really surprising ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Excellent stay! mr. Ashok's assistance and the property's cleanliness impressed. The bathroom's hygiene and amenities stood out. Easy access and lovely society too
