Excellent Stay
The property was excellent, and the location was great. In this price range, the hotel is really good, with clean rooms compared to other options in the area. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent Stay
My stay at the hotel was amazing. Very helpful staff. The hotel is very good considering the price. The food is also very tasty.

Not recommended at all
The room was so dirty, bedsheet had stains, walls were dirty, cupboard was full of dust, the shower gel was empty,Even after mentioning the staff to refill the shower gel they didn't even care. My 3 days stay went by without a filled shower gel.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities you'd expect from a high-end hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views from the balcony were just stunning – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. One of the highlights was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Room service was prompt and courteous as well. What truly sets Hotel Octave Orchid Vista apart is the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the staff. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk, or the restaurant team – everyone went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location is also ideal – peaceful yet conveniently close to key attractions and transportation hubs. I stayed for 2 nights. Overall, the stay was decent — the location is very good, with plenty of restaurants and hotels nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and the staff did not disturb us unnecessarily. However, there are several areas for improvement: The room did not have an iron box or hair dryer, which are basic amenities that should be provided. There’s no personal geyser — it’s centralized. The hot water is available only after 6 a.m., and the staff doesn’t pick up calls early in the morning. We had to go down to the reception to request it personally. For two guests, they provided only one towel. Even after multiple follow-ups, we got an extra one only the next day. No welcome water bottles were provided unless we specifically asked. The AC worked but was very noisy and made it hard to sleep comfortably. There was no TV, and the Wi-Fi quality was quite poor. Good things — the room was clean, the location is excellent, and the staff, though not very responsive, was polite. With a few improvements in amenities and service, it could be a much better experience.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was very polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Excellent service and great location staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and everything was spotless. Definitely coming back soon My experience at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles. The room was spacious, clean, and had all modern amenities. The restaurant served delicious food, and the housekeeping team kept everything perfect every day. The location was also ideal — close to the main attractions. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Absolutely exceptional stay! The ambiance, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding. From the elegant rooms to the gourmet dining experience, everything was top-notch. The staff truly knows how to make guests feel special. Five stars aren’t enough for this place!

Disappointing Stay at Hotel Octave Orchid Vista My recent stay at Hotel Octave was underwhelming. While the hotel is passable, there were significant issues that detracted from my experience. - *Cleaning*: The cleanliness, which was a major letdown. - *Amenities*: mentioned TVs in the rooms, but mine didn't have one. When I asked the staff, they claimed it wasn't part of the room package, - *Housekeeping*: I had to follow up multiple times for fresh towels and toiletries, which was inconvenient. - *Room Issues*: The AC remote was missing, adding Overall, Hotel Octave needs to work on its cleaning standards and ensure that advertised amenities are available. Until then, it's an average hotel that could be improved with some attention to detail.

Had a great stay, hotel is situated at one of the best location from where you can easily get a commute. Clean, hygenic, well maintained room with proper washroom. Staff was polite and very helpful. Highly recommended as it’s worth your money.
