I highly recommend Hotel 91 Huda City Centre, Gurgaon because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

no early checkin inspite of repeated request was willing to pay extra too. Food order was not delivered slept empty stomach was waiting for 2 hrs for simple dal rice. Very noisy people were partying at full volume was not able to sleep. Washroom was leaking too very poor experience.

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. The property has a good location, easy to reach and well connected. Rooms were clean and maintained properly. Food quality was nice with good variety. The staff was polite and helpful which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a value for money stay and I would recommend it to others.

The hotel is well maintained, food is good, and the room is spacious and neatly maintained. Well behaved and friendly front end staff, the restaurant service and food was good. The book collection in the restaurant were very fine which I didn't expect, really nice collection.. very good staff at the restaurant as well, overall good experience... This is more than 2-3 times of me staying in this hotel and my colleagues also stay here regularly, so overall very well maintained property and good staff.

The staff trying to charge extra for smoking without providing clear information about the policy beforehand. When I tried to discuss the matter, their behaviour was rude and unprofessional. I expect transparency and respectful communication from hotel staff, but unfortunately, this was not the case. This incident left a negative impression, and I would not recommend this property to others based on my experience

Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is nice and to an extent elaborate. Location is good as well and is not that crowded or noisy.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. The food was great with a good variety. Breakfast had multiple options, and room service was quick.

Day 1: TV, Geyser (Hot Water), & Wi-Fi was not working at all. After several reminder TV started working. Also the Mobile Network was poor in the room. In early morning around 5.00AM. Sudden of from AC blower water started sprinkling. I have tried calling at reception but no pick up the calls. Then 6.00am I have called & inform about AC problem, but till 8.00am no one turned up. Day 1 only I have Informed all the if additional mineral water are chargeable pls send me normal RO water whenever I give order for Water. The reception person (The Male Executive) clearly said it is not chargeable. While doing checkout when I saw invoice the all the bottles was charged to me. The Male Executive whom I have informed on 1st Day he was also present at time of checkout & He agreed with same that I have informed the about same. No one is ready to take the action even all are agreed.
