Terrible Stay
A.C. And TV were not working of our room , after they shifted us to another room same problem there also. When we complained they are not ready to listen and resolve the issue instead they started arguing with us.

Best hotel in gurgaon
soloI loved it. Beautiful hotel room. Friendly staff. I got wifi, comb, slipper and water bottle i asked over their online method of service and it arrived in less than a minute. Very nice and friendly experience i loved it. Great breakfast service as well

businessBloom gurgaon is well located and the services are prompt, all at the touch of thr app. The food at the coffee shop sticky rice serves mainly oriental, there is scope to add indian food.

Dinner options?
Location is great however bathroom is very small. The door when open prevents you from accessing the washbasin! this hotel only has a chinese dine in. There’s another bloom 100 meters away which serves indian food but in rains it becomes difficult to travel even 100 meters. I ended up ordering my dinner both nights from zomato
