I recently stayed at your hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The worst part — there was no water in the toilet seat. I was literally seated on the toilet and had to call reception, only to be told that he wasn’t even in the hotel and would come after an hour.
After an hour, he changed my room — but the new room was just as messy. I then had to call again just to get drinking water, and once again, he wasn’t at the hotel. I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get some water.
I understand that you're offering rooms at a very low price, and that's appreciated. However, even at this price, guests expect basic amenities like clean rooms, running water, and prompt assistance.
Since you're not always at the property, it seems the staff may be taking things casually. I suggest being a bit stricter with them and instructing them to stay on-site during duty hours to help guests when needed.
This small change can really improve the guest experience.
