Location is convinient, food is good, there is some lapse in housekeeping, for a double booking single towel was kept, I reminded on first day of rhe stay, but on second day also i had to remind. The handwash dispensar was empty and second day also it was not replenished despite reminder.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the last few years for a duration of a month or more and the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel at home . Checked into Key Lite, Mayfield Gurgaon, expecting a lite and breezy stay — got a horror movie set instead. 🪳 Let’s start with the welcoming committee: a bold, fearless cockroach in the room. Clearly, he’s been living there longer than the hotel staff. He didn't even flinch when I turned on the lights — true OG. The kitchen? Oh, it’s a rustic tribute to post-apocalyptic dining — complete with dirty water, questionable stains, and aromas that make you question your life choices. If you ever wanted to lose your appetite, this is the place. Food options? “Limited” would be a generous understatement. The menu reads like it gave up halfway through. What's available is either unavailable, cold, or barely edible. Michelin stars? More like microwave scars.
