Terrible room

1. please note 1 rating for this hotel. i am havinv terrible experience here. the bed is so small and not according to what is being provided in deluxe room. i had mentioned to them while check in that i need breakfast at 8 a.m in the morning as i have to leave for an urgent meeting however it’s not prepared yet although it already crossed 8 a.m . they did not provide any basic things in the bathroom like toothpaste and even the water bottles were provided after multiple follow-ups. i would not recommend anybody to stay here as i had worst experience. also adding one more point - when i got up in morning, there was no water coming in tape of bathroom and i had to call them for switching on the motor.. the management is worst here. lifts arw not working

Facilities were too Bad rooms are not in Good Condition Looking dirty and even AC water is leaking all the time side of bed only, we complaint but there is no resolution of it, In terms of food it was quite Good But Room Experience were too bed.

Very bad service , room not clean, ac not working, TV and fridge available only in documents , hotel staff is non sensible and even landline in the room only for looking purpose, very bad experience services in my life for this hotrl😣😢😢😡😡

The hotel room was too old and dirty, washroom was terrible lift had pan-gutka stains the stay was really bad, we had to leave in 10 mins and i had to suffer loss of 1503 rupees

had the most horrifying experience at the hotel. from the moment i walked into the room, my instincts screamed at me to leave. the walls were cracked and crumbling, giving the place an eerie, abandoned feel. a single, lonely pillow lay on the bed, its case far from fresh. the bed itself was covered with a stained sheet that looked like it hadn’t been washed in ages. but what sent chills down my spine were the splash marks on the wall—marks that unmistakably resembled. it was like stepping into the scene, only this was no story. every inch of the room felt off. the air was heavy, stale, and suffocating, and the silence was deafening. i didn’t even dare to enter the bathroom. the mere thought of what might be lurking there was enough to terrify me. it was as if the place was built to trap its visitors in a nightmare. in that moment, i knew i couldn’t stay a second longer. i grabbed my things and bolted out of there. the trauma lingered, though. i felt like i needed to scrub my mind and body clean of the sheer horror of what i had just encountered. it was the worst experience i’ve ever had, and it left me shaken to my core. never again will i step into a place without thoroughly checking reviews and photos beforehand. this was a lesson learned the hard way..

I would call this property "dirty. Check in took 2hrs and after that i found used condoms and too much dirty bedsheet and pillow atleast human can't sleep. 12:15am they have changed the bedsheet and then we were able to sleep with very dirty blanket. Whole room was very dirty look like washroom and there were no towel and water available. No tv and internet provided. Complementary breakfast has been provided but after 4 times of call and even at 11 am. Overall worst experience ever i had with any hotel.

This property is reallly bad. The staff is rude, rooms are unclean with bad odour. I would never recommend this place ever. Worst stay ever!!such an unhygienic place!!!

It a a terrible stay, room was horrible and very dirty, bedsheets have burning holes, electric lights and switches were broken, led and ac remote was not available, led was not working, furniture were broken, complimentary breakfast was not provided, when asked they said, we are busy in preparing dishe for party so nothing will be available. Walls were very dirty. Blanket and pillow was very dirty. It was a worst experience and never recommend to book.

It was so terrible rooms were sooo dirty y with bad odour with rude staff

As soon as we checked in the staff asked us write good reviews about the hotel. They were forcing so much to write good reviews and said if you won't write good reviews, we won't get our payment and all. The room was not that clean. No amenities were provided. The handwash was nearly over. Not even a single soap was provided, no towel, no shampoo. The food was disastrous. It was like impossible to eat. We ordered tea, maggie, momos. The was like only milk and pinch of tea leaves. Nothing like a tea. The filling of momos very coming out. The layering of momos was very sticky. Even the maggie didn't had any lavour. The staff was okay but i won't suggest you this hotel.

Nice room. Clean and tidy room. Good service. Quite spacious. Wardrobe are spacious. Good enough for the given price.
