The property was fine, situated in a nice location, food was good both in terms of portion size and quality. However, toiletries were sub par in quality, toothpaste wasn't provided. Also un sealed water bottles were unsealed

A budget luxury
Pros: 1) Staff is cooperative 2) No power-cuts, very neat & clean and greenery at many places inside and outside. 3) Location is good. It is somewhere in between MG Road metro and Sikanderpur. Cons: 1) Inactive kitchen 2) Don't believe in 2 hrs late check out, as mentioned in the facilities list. Even if the hotel is almost vacant, they won't allow you beyond 11:30 even after sincere request.

worst booking I have ever made
I booked the hotel for my sister and when I took her for check in they didn't allow me to go to even check the room.. they said visitors can only wait in reception.. I asked to add me as a guest which they initially denied.later I called MMT and I was added as a guest and had to pay 500 just to get a entry to the room.Unfair practice
