please don't torment me more,, please refund my booking both booking amounts of fabhotel micasa gurgaon as I am extreme trauma and extenuating conditions.please refund bookings amounts to the original payment mode of fab micasa gurgaon from 5th May to 6th May and two dual duplicate bookings have been created and one booking need to be cancelled first and refunded.Then the first and original booking need to be cancelled and refunded to my original payment mode as I have faced terrible stay issues on 5th May to 6th May fabhotel micasa gurgaon,I am n have been devoid of the grocery products, essential services,patta gobhi,milk powder and,tea,even water , medicines,food to eat,,i am starving continuously during 5th to 6th May fabhotel micasa gurgaon,,succumbing to lifeless conditions here as due to the diplomacies and monopoly of the proprietors.Denial even for the provision of the essential services like grocery, food,water,tea, milk powder and, tea coffee sachets to prepare in the room .The most disappointed, horrific, terrifying stay of my life

Horrible. I can comfortably tell you that all for this hotel are likely because even the person at the reception acknowledged that the hotel lacked basic hygiene and amenities. The room I was in had stains all over, it smelled of cigarettes. I was promised breakfast but I had to literally chase them for that. There was no one at the reception ever, I had to pretty much interact with the guard all the time. Also, This is not a Fabhotel. Nobody came to clean the room. I have never ever seen this from any hotel ever.

Due to my profession i frequently have to travel to gurgaon to my hometown and this is my third time have checked in this hotel because of its price and services. The hotel employees are very well mannered and the whole compound of the hotel is as good as any five star hotel. Located in prime location of the area. Hygiene and cleanliness is very well maintained at every corner.
