The Ac was not working proper a continues noice was coming from that. Also there was no ventilation in the room. If you request for a little longer stay they will directly say no. It was not a good stay

First of all the person in reception was very ride. He said you have booked so you won't get the room you want and he gave me room which was cowed sharing 3 bhk flat converted room which was in another building. 2nd when I said that this behaviour is not good if the experience is not good no guest will come he said that mt aao cancel krdo. 3rd when I entered room ,it was clean and good but 3bhk entry of drawing room was very untidy seems no personal space. not so good experience

Internet was not good and room wasn't provided immediately and there was no network, but food was good

Pathetic experience. Hotel receptionist straightaway denied booking. clearly showed him address of hotel on booking invoice but still refused that this can be different hotel! Don't know what kind of scam is going on. won't recommend going through the hassle if you are planning a stay with family like what I had to go through with my wife and 2 year old baby. Arrogant rude and an antonym for hospitality. what an irony.

They denied my checkin saying that they dont have any room left. It was difficult to get parking there as it is located in narrow street.
