Review Of Hotel Wedlock Near Artemis hospital

The overall experience was below average. No soap, No sawer, no dustbin etc. Also the room is not maintained well

Location wise property is quite accessible but the experience was terrible. First of all, we booked our stay with breakfast included and when we asked them for breakfast, they have just given a small plate full of poha (Qty was less than 1 packet of maggi) and said "Yahi hai jo hai". Taste was okaish. Also rooms were decent but the have a lot of problems like AC was working on a fixed temperature that you cannot change, geyser was not working, they didn't gave toiletaries and when asked for it, they just handed over two pouches of sunsilk shampoo and said "Issi se kaam chala lo". We had to order our own toiletaries including something as basic as soap. Also when instamart guy came to deliver things, they were checking what we are ordering which is clearly a big no if you are travelling as a couple. Also cleanliness wise, it was okaish. One thing to point out is there were packets of used condoms here and there in the room and I don't think they pay much attention to cleanliness there provided they marketed their location as close to Artemis Hospital. Please avoid this property if possible.

I know it was a cheap hotel but everything was incredibly dirty and the smell was unbearable. Do not recommend.

It was worst I paid literally around 1000 rupees for the room and still got the worst There were cockroaches in the room and their room services are worst Helpers there don’t even listen I will say…never going back there again

Good to stay and comfortable management and the staff was supportive and welcoming to us and were very well informed

Very poor hotel dirty bed sheets and no breakfast was given zero on service phone not working amenities missing

Checked in few minutes back. Even a glass is not there in the room. I called these guys and they said we dont have staff who can deliver a glass to the room.

In the room AC was not working properly and also bed was not comfortable.

Room Cleaning is very Good. Washroom is also good. Led screening is good. Staff is supported. Breakfast is also good. This hotel is very good. In front of the view, the reception looking is good.

Property is at good location and easily accessible. Need to maintain hygiene as the provided room is not well maintained. Room service is good.

Dear MMT, I never stay here because service , Amenities and behaviour are missing. at the same time I have booked another hotel and stayed there. The hotel owner and Manager accepted his deficiency and agreed to refund the amount with the MMT executive on the phone that time so MMT has sent one mail to the hotel owner but he is denied after that. some froud happen with me.

Food was spicy,service is slow,telephone was not working.Overall I would say okay to live there in this price

all facilities are good and humble staff members. Room service is excellent. room cleaning is excellent
