The rooms were not clean at all, AC was not working properly and the behaviour of staff at reception was very bad.

It was a great place to stay, The room was clean and tidy, and the food was great at an affordable price.

It was very bad experience, room was not clean, nobody was there to attend you, it take him 20 minutes to open the gate at night, no towel soap in bathroom and ac was not cooling, just leave the room within 45 min.

Dirty rooms, dirty walls with seepage, dirty bed, no lovks on doors, ditry yellow toilets, you even have to ask for soap or water. Terrible, booked the room for my house help who had come from himachal, even he said the stay was aweful.

It was a great experience. Room was fresh n peoples were grit to communicate.

The hotel was not well maintained and the room was not clean. The charges of the room as per the condition of the room was not well maintained. The staff was not attending the requests well and there was no facility of mineral water

They said they cant provide us room on the basis of booking. If u want a room you will have to pay 1100 - Bill amt. We paid around 400 at counter via paytm. I reached there at around 11.50 so i was not able to cancel the booking. If i did will not refund us. So it was a loss case for us from both sides. Then my check in time was 12pm, they said room is not ready and u will have to wait around 30 minutes. Then after waiting more than half an hour they given us room no. 301, in which there was no ac remote, tv was nt working. My experience was so bad. Even though i paid extra, I assure you that i m going to recommend anyone to believe on the property.
