Room windows had no lock, so someone can enter inside. No hot water in bathroom.

room is very pathetic. family cannot stay. it's very old. smelling bad. 1. no water in washroom 2. shower and taps are broken, they don't work 3. charging points are worst. they can't hold a charger. 4. balcony door broken no basic amenities are good. I am so sorry for writing all these here but I wish others shouldn't experience

I was staying in Room 204. Even in June, AC was not working. Only good thing was that I only had to spend one day there and I left after that. rest of the things were okay

Room was clean and the room was spacious. Breakfast had multiple choices and taste was also up to the mark. Overall good experience.

The room was not clean, and lacked privacy. Our room was on ground floor and one entire wall was just glass window convered with curtains. That is still adjustable but other guests and cleaning staff and other people were allowed in the area from where our room was directly visible if the curtain moved even a inch. The room had cobwebs and towels had black stains. It was not hygienic at all. Since we didn’t have any time to complain die to poor and time taking on site feedback system and search for a new hotel we adjusted but it was not worth the money at all.

Very basic hotel, location is good near the metro station. But since there is board or display it was hard to locate.

Cleaning was poor, service was poor, food was poor, maintenance was poor

I stayed here for two days, but I haven’t got any toiletries toilets were not cleaned the towel they gave us was horrible. The service was horrible. The food was horrible.

Good location, clean rooms, helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was simple but good. Rooms need a bit of refurbishment

Bedsheet curtains were dirty. Shower wasn't working. Food quality wasn't good either! toiletries were not there in washroom

Was there with my father for his treatment in Narayana Hospital which is walking from hotel. Nice and Clean hotel.Food was also 🙂

Five star for their prompt response .we have found some difficulty at chevkin but the way they have managed is commendable. Ignore bad reviews about this hotel as I blv problems will occur everywhere but important is how people respond to that. Ghansyam and Madhu are awesome to the solution.helpful nature. What else u look for this rate .

Good and safe hotel for single lady traveller. I was there for business trip and people over there were very helpful. Felt secured which is the most import ant thing for single lady traveller. Would come over here for sure whenever i have visit gurgaon would give five start for their dedication towards safety of single lady.

Location very close to udyog vihar and cyber hub, comfortable stay at reasonable rate and food is also nice. Cleaning is upto the mark. Must book if u are looking for comfortable stay at reasonable rate. Ghanshyam and madhu, both of them are receptionist and they take care of your needs appropriately.

The room was very dirty having bugs all around and the bathroom taps were broken there was no water. I ordered tea from them and they gave me in a dirty cup which was not even washed and stains were there on the cup.

Terribly maintained hotel with zero amenities. No proper ear marking for switch. Very very small bathroom. Common area is unsafe. After 8 pm looks shady
