Review Of Perch Arbor Suites

I recently stayed at Hotel Perch Arbor Suites in Gurugram, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is located in a very peaceful area, making it a perfect place for a comfortable stay with family, friends, or loved ones. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the polite and humble behaviour of the staff. During check-out, we were in a hurry and had ordered Aloo Parathas and tea — the team served everything quickly without compromising on taste. The ambience of the hotel gives a very homely feeling, and even the dining area is designed in such a way that you feel like you’re having your meals at home. Dear Owner, all the best — please keep up this fantastic hospitality and continue delivering such a warm, homely experience. Truly great service!

This is my Very disappointing experience was in this Home Stay . In MAKE MY TRIP is mention that this is a Hotel with FOUR STAR

Great experience. Staff is very hospitable and respectful. Room service is very quick. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Location is really great easily accessible by metro & market is really close. Also the food especially the Poha was great.

stay was comfortable and nice ,the room and the washroom was hygenic it was too great to stay here ,

Stay was average. Fully equipped kitchen was shown in pic but at the time of check in i get to know that the kitchen is not operational and even a basic thing like tea has to be ordered from out side

Room was good but there was no facility of food. Also staff denied for extra blanket when asked for a sick companion. Morning breakfast was also provided only for 1 person

The services are inadequate, with non-functional WiFi, air conditioning, television, and no provision for geyser amenities

I found odour in the room, then i raised to mmt and hotel has changed the room, when i entered the room feel like vomiting

Terrible service, worst experience.

No proper service, nothing available in rooms. If you tell them yo bring water they will bring after 2 hours. Everything was terrible.
