I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, with dust and stains clearly visible, which immediately made it uncomfortable. To make things worse, there was a strong smoke smell inside the room, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Basic amenities were missing — they did not even provide towels, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom was poorly maintained and felt unhygienic. For the price, I expected at least a clean, fresh, and comfortable room, but it fell far short. Definitely not worth the value and I would not recommend staying here.

service was not upto the expectations, although the room was decent at the price but the staff weren’t cooperative at all, even the service for water bottles were not prompt and there was power cut twice for almost 1 hour

recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed when they charged extra for the hotel then what booked online during checkin. When I booked my stay, I was quoted a specific rate, but upon arrival, I was informed that i need to pay extra because the rate for which i booked is kindaa low.

The hotel is ok for a private trip in which you only return to the hotel to sleep. The rooms and fittings are adequate for the price although the big set back was the non functioning elevator and we (all sr citizens) had to climb up two floors and did not have a person to help while climbing down with luggage for check out yet it has vasic facilities.
