The front staff was not very welcoming. My booking was from 05th March 25 to 06th March 25. I checked in at 03:00 AM on 06th March (midnight). Front desk told me that my booking would have been cancelled as I was checking in after 12 PM, and they somehow reserved it. To my knowledge, there is no such rule. I can check in at whatever time I want, provided it is within the hotel's rule.
There were no pairs of slippers at the hotel.
If you want to sit and take a shower with a bucket, there is no stool to sit on. A very basic thing.
In the name of a working table, a very small wood plank has been put up on the wall, which is of no use.
I would also like to highlight that the Reception staff is very lazy as they get all the information filled up by the guests in their registers. The front desk should fill up the basic information. (Example Date, time, etc.)
I would not prefer to stay here in the future.
