Booked for someone. Not able to find property and no guidance provided to find. Finally after 1 hour got a replacement after repeated calls with the customer support of mmt.

Worestexpirence not recommended don’t go, complimentary food i ordered he denied to give him.

The hotel denied check in stating that we booked at a very low rate. We had to waste 3 hours at the property till mm t made some alternate arrangements for us. Do not recommend booking this property !

Whoever you are, do not book the hotel, after booking you refuse to book the room or demand more money. Only then you will be given the room. After booking, i asked my room to be vacant. Jabkiin front of me, two couples were coming out of the hotel.

Really that was a bad experience at the time of check in the hotel staff denied checkin through makemytrip but thanks to makemytrip team they have solved the query in 1hr but i would suggest before check in to this hotel please confirm.

I had booked on the advertised rates and upon arrival the manager MR Yuvraj blatantly refused to check in saying the booked rate was too low. Only after wasting 2 hours we’re we able to get check in.

It's totally terrible, the booking made by your app is not acceptable here. The property owner/manager directly refused to give any room to me. After dis bhicussing they asked me to give rs. 250- there after they could give the room. Pols look into this otherwise you will fail in your commitments.
