First, we booked other room and they provided another. When i objected then they changed my room. Second, there was no water, toiletries, slippers, kettle, tea, coffee, etc. In the room means i need to call every time for a thing. Third, all the power socket were loose, there was no proper lighting in the room. Stay was not satisfying.
