one of the worst stays. this is a very poorly maintained hotel. the room is oddly placed more like a hostel room. the chair in room is flimsy. the ac is just outside the room so all the noise comes to the room. food is poor.

Terrible Stay

The front desk clerk was welcoming and enthusiastic however the Room had a huge Lizard, which made me change rooms. The changed room had squeaky bed, slow flush and a geyser that did not turn on. Breakfast was spartan.

Hotel room is average ,food also ok, but hotel staff and there seniors have attitude problem they don’t know how to behave with the guest. We will never visit again even if it is the last property left in the city. Pathetic experience. I made booking for 4 days and after 2 days I extended the booking for 1 more day so total 5 days were booked and I paid for 5 days early. On 4th day the staff asked to pay for food bill on the same day morning, I told them that I will pay all the food bill at the time of check out which is general procedure in different hotels. As they are unable to carry forward the food and misc. bills in subsequent booking they behaved very rudely and even there manager has attitude issue, infact his apology was of no use. Will never recommend this place to any one.

Not a very good experience

The front staff was not very welcoming. My booking was from 05th March 25 to 06th March 25. I checked in at 03:00 AM on 06th March (midnight). Front desk told me that my booking would have been cancelled as I was checking in after 12 PM, and they somehow reserved it. To my knowledge, there is no such rule. I can check in at whatever time I want, provided it is within the hotel's rule. There were no pairs of slippers at the hotel. If you want to sit and take a shower with a bucket, there is no stool to sit on. A very basic thing. In the name of a working table, a very small wood plank has been put up on the wall, which is of no use. I would also like to highlight that the Reception staff is very lazy as they get all the information filled up by the guests in their registers. The front desk should fill up the basic information. (Example Date, time, etc.) I would not prefer to stay here in the future.
