Good Stay
Room was good and spacious. Boys are courteous. But room doesn't have any kettle. Ground floor rooms are always disturbed by outside noise.

Average Stay
Bloom in residency was not aware of my booking. Name of residency was not written anywhere. Reception guy was not trained. Kitchen was in very poor condition. Dinner facility was not available. Basic facility inside bathroom was not available. Power supply was interrupted several times. Tv was not recharged when i switched it on. Bedsheets, pillow covers, cushions were not too clean. Ac remote was not available. No dustbin inside washroom. Tissue roll was not replaced. Bathing soap, hand wash liquid was unavailable. Water drinking glass were dirty. Intercom was not working. Bill not provided for my food, drink items. Breakfast menu/items was very very less. Nothing to share now, done
