Hotel 91 Medanta

Really poor experience. They don't keep shower gel. They charge Rs 50/ water bottle. Poor service.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days......got a very poor experience......they didn't have to put the basic things in the room..... very bad staff behaviour....no power backup.....no food

My experience with this hotel was below average. There was TV but no channels, there was wifi but it wasn't working. I asked them if they serve dinner, they told me to order it online. I ordered the food online but I no plates. I asked them for plates and bowls and they said they don't have it. The rooms were clean and tidy but apart from the extra charges they take for all things, they didn't provide anything other than a clean bed and bathroom.

a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very quick to help whenever needed, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay – would definitely recommend!

The hotel was ok like I will give it a very neutral review. Staff were not professional but they were polite. Overall property is average if you just want a place for stay like tv was not working and no amenities were there apart from stay.

No privacy, No extra water given , poor experience and guardians not allowed , very slow staff not listening properly

pathetic hotel firstly given key of an occupied room where a girl was already there then refused for water and cutlery and to mention there was not even drinking water in room then no cleanliness and very misbehaving staff after that in morning there was no water in washroom and when complaint they came to room to argue at midnight won't recommend at all

No food and staff is so poor they don't take any permission and open doors with there master key without knocking poor staff and poor stay

Aman went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Whether it was providing a smooth check-in process or offering helpful recommendations for local attractions, aman’s hospitality truly stood out. He was always available to answer questions and even took the time to ensure that my room was exactly how i wanted it. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern, spacious rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. The amenities were all up to date, and i especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire property. The location of hotel 91 metanta is ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. I loved exploring the area, knowing i had a comfortable and welcoming hotel to return to after each outing. Overall, my experience at hotel 91 metanta was fantastic, and i owe a big part of that to aman’s exceptional service. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family!
