"I recently stayed at Hotel Levante with my family and was incredibly disappointed with our experience. The staff was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service.
The rooms were in a deplorable state. There was visible mold in several areas, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Even basic requests, such as providing clean towels or fixing a broken light fixture, were met with indifference and required multiple calls to the front desk.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often didn't work at all. When we reported the issue to the receptionist, they claimed they couldn't help because they weren't technicians. This is a basic service that guests expect, and it's unacceptable for a hotel to shirk their responsibility.
The rooms and bathrooms were missing essential toiletries, such as toothpaste and shampoo. There were also used soap bars left behind in the shower, which is a clear indication of poor housekeeping.
To add insult to injury, the water filter in the common area was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. This is a basic health hazard, and it's a sign of a hotel that doesn't care about its guests' well-being.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor service, dirty rooms, and lack of basic amenities make it an unpleasant experience. If you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I suggest you look elsewhere."
