The room were not clean, they did non provided any water bottles, bathroom was not cleen and no buckets, food was expensive and the test was too bad … location wise is good but overall experience with family is not good, if you are solo and just to pass a night then go for it

Verry bad disgusting room and service also not good they are charge for outside food inside food also not good

This is a very good hotel, cleanliness is taken care of here and I would like to praise the hotel staff, they helped me a lot and the food was very tasty.

1. Staff behaviour is impolite and non cooperative 2. Untidy linen, bedsheets and pillow covers. 3. The location of the hotel along with contact nos is not provided conveniently for hotel guests. 1. The room description does not match the one mentioned in their hotel reviews. The view is not available in all rooms however they have mentioned such. Room 306 is one such example. 2. No lift available in the hotel.
