Room was not available in the listed property so they told me to shift to their another property otherwise i need to wait for 1 hr. So i shifted to another property specified.

We have booked two rooms there first of all they didn’t pick the call for address confirmation then rooms was very dirty food is not up to mark staff behaviour is ok but room and toilets are very dirty towels they have given in so dirty

Wonderful back end support by MMT team
soloAs all OYO users have faced similar issue, I faced the same as I was charged extra than what I already paid for while booking on MMT. but I'd like to seriously thank the MMT customer support who have really taken the issue on priority basis and provided me with a solution and I got my money back. I will never book an OYO property going forward. OYO really every level now. Thanks again to MMT support team.

Took extra charge and didn't give the bill
The receptionist asked for additional 250rs other then booking amount and didn't even give bill for that also rooms are not hygienic

Food quality
Outside food restricted this is ok but the quality of food served from inhouse canteen was not good and costly.

Poor Stay
room provided r not up to the mark. i found cockroaches in the room r they providing substandard room as i make the booking as lower rate! this instances r repeatedly increasing. they told me to make booking directly. i had no alternative👍.

soloDon’t expect more than OYO and you will be fine! Location is prime, staffs are courteous, social distancing is an issue sometimes, but that’s the case everywhere in India now. So travelled must take care of him/her self!
