First time saty in bad class hotel please refund my amount as per soon not even single staff pick call nd solution my problems

I booked through make my trip when i reached the hotel they asked that your booking are not received than thy said that no rooms are available worst experience ever. The staff is also very bad thy do not know how to treat customer never go there

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location is convenient and easy to access nearby places. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay again!

The room given to me had a mouse and then when I waited at the reception there was a mouse too. The service was fairly average
