no arrangement of power backup. very terrible experience. faced problem of 2 hrs without electricity

Service was very good, room was also very neat. Food was fantastic. Room service boy provided me his phone charger as i had forgotten mine

food was good, rooms are okayish, warm welcome at the arrival. service was also fine , bathroom was okayish all over fine .

Location is Golf course road but no name or number mentioned on the property. Food was extremely oily. Breakfast options are limited. room service was ok but no check on the cleanliness of the room etc. Overall just and OK property to stay at. The reason i opted this was its proximity to my office.

Location fantastic but the manager's behaviour was horrible, not at all customer friendly, he was more like a sarkari babu.May be the reason for low occupancy.

the room was very shady - bath towel was dirty - the pillow cover had yellow marks - ⁠there was no contact that someone can make through room to reception - no phone - ⁠the latch wasn’t working properly - ⁠room has a foul smell
