Overall the stay was good, complimentary breakfast and food items are also good. The wifi service though could be improved as it was not consistent and the road in front of the property was a mess during rains.

The hotel had a professional staff, security rules were good by not allowing delivery professionals to enter the premises beyond reception, big, clean and comfortable room. Good amenities like a washing machine.

We have changed room twice due to cleanliness issue. On third day we have upgraded our room but during check out they were asking for cash. There were gutter water collected just outside the gate for the whole trip.no one cares to do something about it The balcony (in upgraded room) was unsafe to use as the adjacent room share the same balcony. The location was tough to reach through cab service Constant smell of gutter water which was there for 7 straight days right at the entrance
