Stay was amazing
The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Check-in was very smooth and rooms are very clean. Overall stay was amazing.

Key cards never work. Doors don't open. have to use master key. Service is pathetic They keep on asking money for everything Rude staff Room furnishings are okay but will lose their sheen soon dont book. worthless

Good Stay
Location is good. The room are very spacious and comfortable. Few of the facilities can be better maintained. Food is good the staff are very co-operative

Excellent Stay
the property is located in a safe neighbourhood and is built well. the rooms and washrooms are clean and spacious. the staff is courteous and polite. it is a safe and pleasant place to stay especially for women solo travellers

Rooms are good but nothing else
Rooms are good but nothing else. Service is pathetic, most of the times staff is not available. Food is poor. If something is not working in your room or bathroom, don't expect any quick resolution. For me, starting from the main door lock, to electricity in room, flush in toilet, hot water is shower were not working on the day of arrival. Expect only good , clean and spacious rooms, don't expect anything else, you are on your own once you reach there.

Excellent Stay
The best part of the stay was the rooms are squeaky clean and very well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Had a good stay of 4 days! Their breakfast is okayish, since they dont have an in-house kitchen service or restaurant, but that doesn’t not affect the experience the location is spot on with every other app like Swiggy zomato delivering at doorstep
