Very poor stay
Dirty bathrooms, no room service, no toiletries in the room. Don’t think bed was also clean. Overall I won’t recommend the stay unless you’re planning to save money

Good location but average hotel
It is overall Okies kind nor too great and also they lack lift. If location is priority go for it..

Decent stay
clean spacious room . decent for a short stay. Arjun at the reception was very nice and helpful. Guddu needs some training on how to deal with customers.

Poor Stay
Very bad room with no amenities and different from images shown. Only location is good rest the rooms are not good

Not happy with the room conditions this time
I have been staying in the Residency for 3-4 months now for all my small business trip. I had been happy with their services but this time it was not par. The room was smelling, had bed bugs and cockroaches. The shower was broken and mattress was uncomfortable. All in all it was one of the worst stays.

Excellent Stay
It was a pleasure staying at this property, Which is 5 minutes walking from the IFFCO metro station. The residency is a nice hotel with excellent Food and services. They are complimentary breakfast. breakfast is good and you can choose Indian and continental etc.

Good Stay
The property was good. Location was good near to the dlf galleria. The property had a descent room with a very nice and big bathroom. Basis toiletries were there. The bed needs to be improved. Rest overall stay was good.

Good Stay
The stay this time was not that great. There was a funny smell in the bathroom and I had to request for room cleaning after I moved in as it seemed the room was not cleaned after the previous traveller checked out. Otherwise, the staff was aa usual hospitable and I faced no issues checking in early as well.
