Rooms are very small, bed is not at all comfortable. Bathroom very old & having lots of dirty spots. To my surprise hotel is not having proper entry. Many local hotels are having better entrances as compared to this hotel. Even security entrance is make shift kind of arrangement. Overall I was highly disappointed with facility on the name of Lemon tree. For such facility & ambiance Lemon Tree is charging too much.

There was confusion in the booking, I asked your staff, they spoke to the hotel staff, at the time of check-in they said that your booking is from the 20th to the 21st, but the booking is only from the 20th to the evening of the 20th, so I had to check out.

The hotel is close to both the airport and dlf cyberhub un gurgaon - so great for short business trips. Food is great. And hospitality of staff, especially the citrus cafe staff, is commendable.

STAY AT ANY DHARAMSHALA WOULD BE BETTER THAN STAYING AT LEMON TREE UDYOG VIHAR GURUGRAM. WE DID EARLY CHECKOUT FROM THERE BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE AND ROOM SIZE IS LIKE A TRAIN COMPARTMENT.

Hotel staff was very friendly. I requested them to upgrade my room because it was too small. Althoughy booking was not entitled for a bigger room, he immediately obliged, because a bigger room was available, at no extra charges. Food was delicious and room service was also awesome. I highly recommend this place for business travelers.
