denied checkin, worst experience on MMT
This is the worst experience I have ever had and would not want anyone else to have the same. The person on the reception told me that they do not accept booking even though I had paid the full amount in advance. representative took my request and asked me to wait for 45 minutes as standard procedure. I had to wait on the road side with my luggage for 30 minutes. After the check in I got a room with broken bathroom fittings. Hotel charge me 60 rps for 2 water bottle which originally were of 40 rps and did not provided receipt. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
