During check in the hotel, they refused to provide a room as it was fully booked. If it was fully booked then why have they taken booking 2 days in advance. The whole incident happened at 11pm. Even make my trip didn't help and i was forced to look for another option at midnight.

It started with the hotel not accepting the booking initially, got accepted after spending sometime with mm t executive krishanu over the phone. Room and washrooms were at their worst in condition. Dirty, unhygienic, stained sheets and towels, wish could describe better. Pathetic experience with hotel booking and stay.
