BEST HOTEL AT 1K SEGMENT
The Hotel has very clean bedhsheets and hygienic washroom. The location is exactly on the main road. The staff was very humble and good in behavior.

Room amenities are very very poor. Can't use television. It was just a piece of show case. Services are poor. Delay in everything that you asked whether it is food service or anything else. And when is asked to please change the room or just provide the better services staff is directly saying this is all we have and no availability of asking things. Money was a waste and the stay was fully boring. That was my last visit in imperial as I did not got any good service or staff reply Room amenities are very very poor. Can't use television. Good to stay and felling royal in a economy class 😊, staffs are eco friendly and helpful with us everything’s are good but breakfast and linen are in okay okay category.

my experience with this property is not good . service is too slow .wash room is not properly maintained by there is no arrangement for personal driver.And over all if u booked the hotel from make my trip because of fair deal they will not respond u because they said that we can't afford at this tarriff. overall my experience with this property is not good

Comfortable sta
Stayed for one night at hotel imperial park due to its proximity to fortis hospital. The deluxe room allotted was clean with all functional amenities. Food is ok. However, services especially the breakfast starts at 8. 30 am which may not be convenient to someone, who wishes to check out early. Overall, stay was comfortable.

Not a Place for Peaceful Stays
family with 2 kidsI recently stayed at Hotel Imperial Park, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The hotel seems poorly maintained—doors, glasses, and lamp shades were broken, which left a very uninviting impression. Additionally, the rooftop banquet hall hosted a loud bachelor party that went on all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep due to the loud music and dancing. For anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept place to stay, this might not be the ideal choice.

MOST PATHETIC PLACE TO STAY... PLS MOST PATHETIC PLACE TO STAY ..AVOID
most pathetic and unhygenic place that i have seen till date. Stinking bed linen and torn blanket covers . Had to wait for cups and glasses for more than 1 hour and after repeated requests. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.
