Very dirty room, Air-conditioner was terrible - making lot of sound and water leakage

Pathetic rooms, not cleaned and limited staff. All the beddings were dirty including utensils. The AC was broken and making so much noise and the windows are sheer with no curtains and people can peep into the room. Leaking flush and water spillages from the fridge too.

It was bad experience over here room was not clean and had weird smells and room was tiny too overall

dirty bedsheets, blanket ac not working properly In new room receptionist gave used room bathroom door was not working

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with excellent air conditioning ensuring comfort throughout. The food was delicious with a variety of options, and overall, the amenities and service exceeded expectations.

Always a Nice stay at Limestay! Room was big and quite spacious and overall nice and helpful staff!

it was actually a terrible experience for us we checked-in at 2:30 am . first of all their was only 2 room left room very very shabby no toiletries provided by the hotel, no a/c remote, A/c wasn't functioning properly, no dirty bedsheets and pillows , no mirror in washroom even the room lastly I got was having a broken slab in washroom, guisser was not functioning. overall it's a terrible experience never go on the pics of the hotel.

I have to change the room multiple time because of the lock issue, food quality was terrible even they dont provide the basic things like towels kettles iron, after requesting multiple times still the request is not fulfilled

I enjoyed staying at their hotel. The room was nice. I liked the design of it. It was overall a nice comfortable stay. Thank you.

The property has spacious rooms, good breakfast and amazing staff who provide great hospitality services. Recommended for an affordable stay in Gurgaon.

Unhygienic, no water to drink, i had to ask them to change bedding because it was dirty. No hot water. Isolated area and feels unsafe

I won't recommend. No cafeteria. They serve breakfast near reception where there is no AC or fan. Try eating breakfast with flies while sweating. Then no coffee or tea pouches in your room. You keep requesting and they will tell you, they have ordered and it's yet to be delivered. No washroom rolls. All switches and handwash dispensers are broken. Water purifier was empty and they charged me for every drop of water when I asked them to give me water. the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they upgraded my room the next day after requesting twice. my initial room was a horrible one. could not sleep there.

Pathetic experience. Room was unhygienic. Bed sheets, floor was not clean at all. Food is below average. Breakfast had only 2 option. For omlette and bread also we have to pay seperately. The room did not have lock. Bathroom door was not getting closed too. Overall a nightmare experience.

Very dirty linen & poor hygiene washroom. No room cleaning service. Only location is value for money
