Good Stay
Stayc was good.. Location was easily accessible.. Housekeeping was excellent at their work.. But I just have some issues with the kitchen staff.. They charged for empty cutlery also...Which I think was not fair enough.

Poor Stay
The room was ok. The one of the worst service i have come across. No one to take luggage to room. I asked for cutlery in room for which they charged me. Breakfast was a reheated omelette when I asked for live counter. This hotel, Never again.

I booked deluxe room king size, I was provided with small room at first that too in some corner, then I relooked my booking and talked to staff member then my room was changed, which was a very bad experience. Very small insects were roaming around Milk sachets kept in the room. Glasses and cups were not properly washed. Though room cleaning was happening but they were neither changing bedsheets nor blanket. Location was fine, should keep variety in food.
