Average Stay
I had higher expectations from this place, but faced multiple small issues, had to go downstairs multiple times to het things fixed. Next day the manager gave us complimentary brunch as an apology, that I really appreciate and thats why I rated 3 otherwise I would have give 1 star.

Terrible Stay
I rate it as 0-No electricity for first 30 minutes in the room. They asked extra money when asked for cutlery. Hotel never had ice-cubes. Fridge in the room was non operational

Nestled in a serene location, the hotel offers not only a charming ambiance but also impeccable hospitality that reflects grace and attention to detail. From the moment of check-in, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine courtesy. The front desk team was efficient and polite, ensuring that all formalities were completed swiftly, and we were escorted to our room with utmost care. The room was tastefully furnished — a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Cleanliness was maintained at the highest standard, and every amenity one might require was thoughtfully provided. The bed was plush, the linens crisp, and the bathroom well-stocked and spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-house dining experience. The restaurant served a wide variety of dishes, each prepared with finesse and served with warmth. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was generous and well-curated, offering both local delicacies and international choices. The hotel’s surroundings were tranquil, and the facilities — be it the spa, fitness center, or lounge areas — were all well-maintained and inviting. Overall an average experience of the property. Good food, average maintenance, average grooming of the staff, average focus on quality of toiletries. Difficult to book a cab from the location.

Lift and Food
The lifts were not in good condition and often gets stuck midway. Also the food buffet was very bad in taste. Some breads tasted like if they were a week old. The room also had issues with the hot water supply.

Location of the hotel is decent but washroom is very cramped and breakfast spread is very limited as compared to few other properties in this range. Also, they can have better toiletries.

Washroom was so small and the entry door was making noise after every 10-15 minutes like somebody knocking from out side and u can hear the voice of staff who is taking over phone outside

Surprisingly prize catch of a deal
