it feels like home going back there. the fom and his team incl the doorman recognizes you. thats more than any loyalty or rewards program. jatin from f and b was very polite yet effective.

People hotel ambience facilities and service everything is awesome. I got an upgrade to CEO suite and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I just stayed for a night still experience is ok ok. Property is centrally located. Rooms size is good of single occupancy. No switches for charging multiple devises, only one charging point is available. Food is not as per mark, I placed the order of Grilled fish without cream still they served with cream.

The hotel rooms are not at all good. They are not maintained and looks like very old property. They need a makeover

Comfortable stay at the hotel with timely check-in and checkout without any issues. Good breakfast spread.

Every time i stepped our of the room, the room key stopped working. I had to go to reception multiple times to get it sorted. Towels were dirty and the rooms were not well lit. If one needed to work/study, it would not be possible in such light.

Property is good but it requires maintenance specially taps , wash room .. Location wise it is fantastic and food specially breakfast spread was good

it was a very sort stay, only checked in to sleep but the employees were friendly and helpful. They arranged a breakfast bag to go early morning for me. easy to access the property, next to Metro Station and property was nice.
