Its a very old property. The photos do not match even 10% of actual condition. Foul smell, broken flooring and accessories

poor hotel and no value for money
hotel has lost is class. old furniture. poor ac and poor services . food is ok. but breakfast is poor and they don't know what is to be serviced also in breakfast

businessDuring my long stay here, noticed hot water is not available and need to call reception every time hot water is required. Also, i had booked a breakfast included package. Breakfast served is not up to any hotel standard. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Business stay hotel
Nice budget stay hotel. Clean rooms, good food, fast wifi. Located at dlf phase 3 and near to many good restaurants and office area

No!
No hot water kettle. Wifi was shared. Tv stopped working after 1am. Poor infrastructure. Poor response to room service calls

It's not a 4star hotel. Avoid it
First and foremost, it's not a 4 star hotel, its not even 2 star. Very poorly maintained property, there were cockroaches, the tv was broken, ac was just showing temprature but not cooling the room. Room was damp, musky and bed has stains. No hot water when asked, the reception said the heater broke on the same day. Breakfast was not good at all, no options. If i had the opportunity i would have cancel-led the booking. One of the worst hotels i have stayed at in recent times.

Terrible Stay
Hot water was not running. There were insects in the room. Breakfast was terrible. Not at all edible. Room was okay, not 4-star definitely. It was 2-star at max. We did not even receive the welcome drink. How to claim the discount?

Good for business stay
The location is convenient. Rooms are cleaned. Food ordered is of good quality. On my request the staff at front office extended the check out which was really helpful. Overall good experience.

Do better and match your original standards
I have stayed here early due to convenience of the location and because it was a nice facility, well maintained. But was disappointed with the facility this time around. Poor maintenance of the rooms (very dingy, shabby pillows and bed covers, breakfast definitely needs to be better (keep it simple but hot) internet they had an issue (location had an issue) only saving grace was the staff was nice and helpful and did their best to help and make it comfortable for us. Hopefully it is a one off case !

coupleI booked cz of the brand but once it comes into this property so I am not able to give 4 or 5 star rating. I entered in the property they didn’t even ask for help with the welcome drink. If you will talk about the food the food is also not good with the taste. The rooms were stinking badly. They upgrade us to suite room but they took charges around 1500/- the breakfast was also not good I asked them for the banana they provide me but That banana was so dirty that I couldn't eat it.
