very bad hygeine, smell of smoking, dust everywhere, blanket and bedsheet dirty blanket and besheet have cigrattee burn marks. very pathetic condition I will Give minus five point if can

poor experience.
I found the condition and services of this residency very poor. I stayed for 2 days. There was no kettle/cup/tea/coffee while these amenities was the part of its booking. Only two basic pillows was provided, There were mosquitoes in the room on D1 of this hotel. We told them three-four times that there are mosquitoes in the room in the last 2 days. But we were not given any mosquito repellent till check out. Secondly, we neither got water bottles there nor did they give us washroom slippers. The room was not locking even after telling it repeatedly. We were not given a smartkey as to lock the room. We just had to tell the staff. Cleaning service was very poor. We reminded multiple times themselves to clean the room. I had selected the super deluxe room in this residency. That super deluxe room had only one small table and there was no glass on that small table. It was just a table frame. Even after we requested them repeatedly, they did not change the table. We had to complain again and again at the reception but no one paid any attention!

Terrible Stay
Charged extra for a slightly late checkout, even though had earlier paid extra for late checkout and complimentary breakfast. Still had to pay for breakfast and coffee. Couldn't access the balcony because of the crazy number of insects coming in. Bathroom was bad, with very slow water flow. Servers were rude and not understanding at all. Even their in room telephone didn't work. And the Dinner was bad, well there was barely anything available and whatever was, tased bad.

Total Fraud, told lies regarding the booking. never allowed to stay. terrible it is. never book it. and mmt never helped much too in this case. so yeah quite a bad experience overall

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, and all amenities were well-stocked. The bed was super cozy, and I had no issues getting a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the breakfast – a great selection of fresh fruits. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and public transport, yet quiet enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent Stay
The property is really plush and spacious, excellent location and hygienic rooms. The food was ok but the breakfast wasn't really special. Rest no complaints will visit again. The staff was well mannered as well.

Terrible Stay
The room was very small , already booked for two, and no one had provided, extra towel, dental kit and blanket. Further there was a giant cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom. Even the bathroom was very small. The room was not as per the amount they were charging. Unclean, zero facilities, and no cooperation of the delicates present there.
