Review Of Alaya Stays | Golf Course Rd | Eternal Oasis

I recently stayed at Eternal Oasis for four days, and I must say it was one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooms were spacious, neat, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The food, especially breakfast and dinner, was delicious and offered great variety. The hotel’s location in Gurgaon is also excellent and convenient for travelers. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Eternal Oasis to anyone visiting Gurgaon. It’s truly a must-visit hotel!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, especially ( Mr NIKUNJ )and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the cleanliness throughout the property. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’m looking forward to coming back soon

PLESANThe surroundings were indeed pleasant and quite, which allowed for a relaxing experience. While the atmosphere was enjoyable, the food itself was just adequate. It could have been better, but it certainly wasn't the worst. Overall, the location's tranquility was the highlight of the visit. The meal, while not extraordinary, didn't detract significantly from the overall experience.

The property has rated them a 4 star property but it is actually a 3 star. While the staff is very helping but few of the services are wrongly mentioned. No inhouse laundary service. No hand towels and hairdryer in the washroom. I ordered for butter chicken and the meat was not cleaned properly. Breakfast spread is very average. Suggestion, please market the property properly abd do correct expectation setting The only reason I continued staying is because of good and humble staff throughout.
